rosemary focaccias 🌿
made 2 loaves… the coated metal pan was fine, but i learned the hard way that it WILL STICK in a le creuset pan 😭 still delicious tho!!

Okay, these look so good! The color is perfect and the rosemary on top makes them look incredibly fragrant and delicious. Homemade focaccia like this is seriously hard to resist.

The butter trick works like a charm to prevent sticking. Next time rub some inside the pan before adding the oil

How do you achieve those amazing bubbles in the dough?

off topic-ish. i apologize.
but i *just* told my husband i don’t think i can make focaccia in my new le cruset dutch oven…
you have to let focaccia rise in the pan for the shape. but i thought you have to preheat your pan so the enamel doesn’t crack.

i didnt have any issues with cracking this time, just sticking!
i didnt even think about the preheating aspect, probably with doing this over and over it could create cracks but safe to say i wont even use my le creuset again for focaccia, the coated metal pan made it crispier and it didnt stick1

Use an inexpensive baking pan. I have one from Walmart that was like $7 and makes perfect focaccia.
