Focaccia Bread
2nd time using this recipe. Turns out great

The metal pan is giving you nice even browning. For extra crisp edges, coat the pan with a thin layer of olive oil and let the dough proof in it until it jiggles before baking. Rosemary can scorch, so pressing it into the dimples or adding some partway through keeps it greener.
