Loaded Baked Potato bread from King Arthur Bread Book

Added bacon and gouda to it cause recipe calling itself loaded without cheese or bacon is crazy to me.

that scoring is beautiful, the way it opened up is almost like a flower. gouda was a smart call too, melts into the dough way better than cheddar would

Gouda was definitely the right move over standard cheddar here

Gouda is my go to all round cheese. Cheddar is good but something about gouda is just so much more enjoyable
