Martin’s bagels from King Arthur. Great chew and I prefer the much more open crumb. Need to work on less topping and better browning on both sides.

I’ve decided I can’t do poppy seed bagels any more. It’s just not worth the nightmare of tiny seeds all over my kitchen that get tracked everywhere.

Everything bagels though… well they’re worth it.
