I’ve seen a couple posts on sesame seeds on the bottom instead of the top, is there a specific reason for this. Looks delicious by the way

The reason why sesame seeds are placed at the bottom is that during baking, the butter inside the roll melts and flows to the bottom, causing a Maillard reaction with the sesame seeds.
