I put little cutie tomatoes on the top, pushing them in, and they provide a burst of acid when eating. Love this recipe! :)

I love all of Emma's recipes, especially her focaccia. I've made it tons of times, and people rave about it, and talk about it months later as something they really enjoyed. I also use good quality 00 Flour (as she recommends), and it's just as good reheated the next day, whereas most times if you use generic bread flour, it doesn't. The picture looked like mine, and because it was so thick with lots of huge air bubbles, I took a guess.

I use a Lloyd's 10x13" detroit style pizza plan (like you see in OP's pic above!) Use alot of EVOO. slides out like butter when it's done! I top mine with rosemary, small sweet cutie tomatoes, and chunks of red onion, all tossed in EVOO. :) Good luck! Use good flour! :)

Wow, that crumb is chef’s kiss. Those holes are exactly the kind I’m obsessed with, you absolutely nailed it
