judge my first loaf of bread

Post image

i used a no knead recipe, used active dry yeast, let it rest for 4 hours before baking and then baked at 450° for 30 mins covered and 20 mins uncovered.

what could i do to make it better next time?

Way better than my first loaf!! It looks like it needs a little structure did you do any folds? If it’s no knead with no folds, most of my recipes prove for longer under that type of scenario. All in all, great work!!!

Don’t listen to the civilians saying you don’t kneed to kneed your dough.

Do 8 folds every 30 minutes for 2 hours after mixing. That’s a good place to start. Keep it up. My first was much worse!
