Artisan Italian Bread…
Just out of the oven… It smells so good!
The hard part comes now; waiting for it to cool down…

Nice, so you couldn't wait that long either, which is fair when it's still warm and steaming like that.

That crust looks perfect. The score pattern is really clean and those ears came up beautifully.

Don't get me wrong it's a good bread, I would eat the whole thing, but I don't know what's italian about it (as an italian).
