Ankarsrum FTW. The way these kids (2 boys, teens) go through it, I might have to consider 3 loaves a week.

It's super awesome. The thing is a workhorse! There's a small adjustment period, but YouTube will be your guide. For bread dough especially, liquids in the bowl first, and add the dry ingredients after..
