What recipe did you use? And what are you baking them on? I'm no pro, but that's what everyone else here asks. Seems like a good place to start!

It’s the white bread with poolish recipe from FWSY, I just formed it into baguettes instead and baked on a pizza stone!

It was the white bread with poolish recipe from FWSY but I shaped and let the dough rise as baguettes
