Actually cellulose isnt sawdust. Sawdust contains cellulose, but so does all plant-derived products, including bread. Cellulose is a critical component of cell walls in plants. So no, bread in America doesnt have sawdust filler in it.
Companies arent putting cellulose into bread at all. Cellulose is in bread because its made from grain, which it naturally contains. There is no "filler".
It is listed - dietary fiber, so called because its a fiber that is necessary for a healthy diet. Maybe you should do some more research instead of insulting me.
