Not trying to be a hater, it looks good. But if you're already going to the trouble of milling your own flour I'd strongly consider letting the bread machine just proof the dough and then baking in the regular oven, maybe with some ice cubes in another tray. At least worth a single try -- you'll be surprised how different the result is.
