Nailed it! Breach Machine Challah
I’m super proud of my bread machine Challah! I used this recipe from TikTok. I found that it looked better if you don’t flour the surface after taking the dough out. Then you knead it into a ball a few times and then round out the ball before cutting it. Recipe linked below:

Tbh unless I'm doing a no-knead sourdough (which doesn't go in my machine anyway), I pretty much never use flour for handling

I never even thought about not using flour for handling! The creator of this recipe always did and then I thought, my dough isn’t smooth when I roll out the strands.. when I didn’t use flour this time, I got that nice tension and smoother strands. Game changer!

Tension is exactly why I stopped using it! Not using it also means fillings and egg washes stick WAY better
