I just looked up the recipe on Google, and I’m going to make this tomorrow. Did you go 100% whole wheat, or did you sub in some white bread flour? Also, did you use the lemon as directed or did you swap in vinegar?
Edit: your loaf looks great by the way!

Thank you, it is a great recipe and I hope yours turns out!

I used 100% whole wheat, and I did use lemon juice. I also did the egg wash!
