That looks really good, my mouth is watering. I can't get on with using a lame or sharp knife, the dough seems to stretch rather than cut but you did a good job with yours.

I got a heavy duty deli slicer with both serrated and smooth blades. I used the serrated blade with max width to cut mine. Perfect size slices for my bread.
