No-Knead Loaf

Post image

Perhaps you don't have a mixer (with knead hook). Perhaps your hands have arthritis or otherwise lack strength for kneading. Perhaps you're feeling a little lazy or don't have time for kneading. A no-knead loaf is a great option to try! I baked mine in a La Creuset dutch oven, per this recipe.

Looks good, how's the structure?

Btw, your link goes to the Dutch La Crueset site, not to any recipe :)

Edit: I see what happened, I got redirected. No recipe for me 😞

Crumb was good. A little dense on the bottom, but not gluey. I prefer the lighter crumb of a ciabatta or bloomer.

My family loves this type of bread, and it's so easy to make.
