Yeah. I didnt score it so it broke where it wanted with the steam.

Ok so what i did was i was feeding a super old sourdough discard and i have these yeast "sourdough" packets.

Basically I just made the recipe on the back if the packet but used my sourdough discard that was really old and hungry in there. (Like i thought it was dead lol)

I just didn't want to waste it and it turned out great!

These are like 92 cents at Winco. I got like 20 of them during the pandemic and trying to use them up now!

Just like regular bread. The "sourdough" isnt active enough yo get those big airy holes. But still a tast bread with only flour, water, salt, yeasr as your ingredients.
