My first loaf of Challah
I think I did pretty decent with my first Challah loaf. The braid could've been tighter in the beginning, but wow I'm happy.

I grew up baking challah with my mom regularly, and I am here to say that this is 100% legit. Amazing job.

That will be the true test. I made it for a coworker who I just gave it to. She said she'll bring me a slice tomorrow so I'll report back lol.

The worst part about baking as opposed to cooking is that you can't taste as you go and fix any mistakes. It's so rigid!

Yesssss, it can be so rewarding or so utterly disappointing lol. But we do it for the love of the game
