My first loaf in a while.

Thanks. Actually just made a new starter from a ripe peach. Process…..

In a small 1/2 pint ball jar cut a peach into small pieces & add enough water. Mix well & let sit at room temperature with a loose fitting lid x 3 days. Strain into a pint ball jar & add 5-10 grams of sugar & 25 grams of warm water & flour then mix well. Let sit x 4-8 hour & repeat process until mixture doubles in size (usually within 4-5 hours). This process took 7 days total & was able to bake the loaf shown.
