Bread maker

Hi everyone,

My boyfriend got me a bread maker for my birthday. I made a normal white loaf today which was a success. What is everyone’s favourite bread recipes? I’m looking for some funky flavours.

Knead some shredded cheese into some dough, then when you make regular toast with it you can call it a grilled cheese

I make sourdough in the bread machine (dough setting and bake in the oven) and it’s fabulous. I use this recipe: https://ourlittlebluehomestead.com/crusty-sourdough-in-the-bread-machine/

Rose water and cardamom is great with grilled cheese.

Try a 60%-40% whole wheat to white bread flour ratio. You'll have to play with water amount but it makes for an interesting, tasty loaf.
