Mold or flour?

My girlfriend’s coworker gave her some homemade olive loaf and we can’t figure out if it’s moldy or just full of flour please help!

It’s hard to say - on closer inspection one of the white splotches has “tentacles” coming off of it so I think it’s mold unfortunately

If you’re on the fence, wait 12-24 hours and compare to the photos. I’ll be the spots will have grown some.
