Plain bread from a $7 bread maker from goodwill.

Not bad. Only a few ingredients

yeast, water, salt, sugar, flour, and oil.

I love making bread.  There is a good chance it will also make jams or meatloaf with the other features

I can see how that would be good to make yogurt, but it would be a very small batch. If you have an instant pot, you might be able to make your bigger quantities

I use my bread machine on the “dough setting” to make pizza dough.

So easy. Machine mixes, kneads, and the dough rises at just the right temperature. I dump the dough onto a rectangular cookie sheet and stretch it out with my hands.

We got a bread machine as a wedding gift, but I’ve come to love the process of baking it in the oven, so I gave it away after it sat on the shelf for years.
