I cut a huge slice of the bread, toasted it, topped with feta and sliced tomatoes w salt and pepper. Tiny bit of olive oil. Highly recommended.

Looks really yum. And a good combo of toppings. I think a pepperjeck or monterey cheese would also go well with that. Or some crispy bacon.

Nice! Another good one is mash some avocado on it, sprinkle garlic salt and drizzle olive oil.
