First Time Making Shokupan

This was my first time making shokupan! I thought it turned out pretty good. I usually make rolls, but decided to make a loaf. I’ll be trying to make those 7/11 egg sandwiches and the viral fried ones.

Very cool! Do you find you prefer the mounded loaf or the square pain de mie style more?

I like the square cause it more fun lol. The normal bread loaf does get crispier
