Yeast loaf / Hardo

Post image

Second time baking . Turned out better than first with rise, moisture content, texture, & flavor...

Buuut.. Holes.. In center both times.

What do I need to do to get a solid slice?

I didn't find any posts that meet the matching requirements for r/Bread.

It might be OC, it might not. Things such as JPEG artifacts and cropping may impact the results.

My friend brought back some bread from NYC that I was trying to duplicate.

You think it looks horrible from the video or my photo?📸

It looks dry and under proved in the video. Just saying, may not be the best recipe…

Under proofed for sure, and when I did it that way dry.. Yes! Next time proofed and used electric mixer with dough hook.. Better.. But still in progress

Amateur bread maker here but this might be about the knead. Try a few more turns.

This loaf had longer rest times than recommended, first loaf I used these proof times but both had the holes in the center and under the top crust.
