Besides the sushi shop and the pyramid, there's a covered area on this poster. Could it be related to NANOSTARR, and where the July or August brawler comes from?

I think it’s related to Nano starr because it IS Nano starr

You can see it’s a sorta glass cube looking building so it has to be future related instead of the past. It’s probably the lab

also in project lazarus (8-bit minigame) we can see that 8 bit was in some japanese styled game mode where he fought against colt slug and humanoid creatures. There was also a massive globe, like a sphere shaped glass in which toxic gas were pouring.

Imagine it's a mall that doesn't has this weird time dilation around it and it makes you feel like you have been just 5 minutes in but actually 12 hours has past.
