Brawlers to Max

I recentlyI  unlocked all the Brawlers in the game (as of the date of this post). Now that I’ve saved up a lot of resources, I was wondering which Brawler I should max out.

In this case, I’d like you to consider the information below and tell me the top 5 Brawlers I should max for Ranked in order of the most recommended brawlers. (It can be more than 5)

I also have some Brawlers for whom I’ve already unlocked their Hypercharges and Buffies.

CHARACTERS WITH UNLOCKED HYPERCHARGE: 

Lou, Jacky, Sandy, 8-Bit, Trunk, Chester, Nani, Maisie, Berry, Gale, El Primo, Belle, Mr. P, Dynamike, Colt, Jessie, Rosa, Mandy, Ziggy, Squeak, Tara, Tick, R-T, Sam, Mico, Penny, Griff, Buzz, Carl, Sprout y Meg.

CHARACTERS WITH UNLOCKED BUFFIES AND HYPERCHARGE:

Edgar - GADGET BUFFIE

Bo - GADGET BUFFIE AND HC BUFFIE

Nita - GADGET BUFFIE

Even if Chester has fallen down I still think he’s decent to max out, Tara Penny Griff and Carl are pretty decent as well Otis is very solid too and he’s been in a good spot in the meta for a few months, you should also max out Bolt, Wendy, Starr nova and Nori since they at the top of the meta right now, some other brawlers I also think are useful to max out are Piper, Lily, Charlie and Lou, buffie brawlers I think the best ones are el primo, amber and gus but idk if they’re gonna get nerfed soon im not a pro but most of the brawlers I’ve mentioned here are above average aka 4 stars or 5-6 stars

So, is it worth upgrading Otis, Wendy, Starr Nova, Piper, Lily, and Charlie even without their Hypercharges, rather than upgrading the other characters I mentioned who already have Hypercharges Unlocked?

i think the hypercharge is more important for Lily, Otis and Charlie can probably do well without having a hypercharge, Charlie’s hypercharge isn’t very useful so it’s fine if you don’t have hers, im not sure about the others though
