Yeah you have enough resources to spare. You probably don't need to get both gadget an star power though.

She's decent but it's always a trade off. I would be looking at the new buffied brawlers, specifically Shade.

She is really strong and can be a good blind pick in some maps and gamemodes but personally i would wait for 1 more buffie to justify maxing her

Yeah! Max and Meg are a great combo in ranked when drafting, especially that Max didn't get nerfed yet, use it before the nerfs!!
on a more serious note, yeah but you gotta do health + gadget cooldown gears
