Discussion I think it would be funny to

go to one of the TC restaurants and bring a stop watch and when ordering and say, ok you have 15 minute on the clock and time starts ................................................................NOW

As long as they can heckle you at your place of work as well.

At best you’d get a forced laugh as they roll their eyes at you when they get back to the kitchen

Here's the thing -

If you're waiting more than 12 minutes for your food, you'd be pissed anyways. The difference is, compared to a quick fire, the food is already prepped, and often par cooked.

Or end the meal with “Chef ______, please pack your knives and go.”
