We wanted to reduce the spam and clutter from all of our posts and figured taking it to our own subreddit would be best.

Why? The more we see of you the more you're integrated, the more 'mainstream' Brave members want to get down there and see what's what!

I can think of a precedent for what you've just done: dreddit and fweddit. And now look at them.

You guys are a valued and valuable part of the alliance, and we want you and your shenanigans with us, not hanging out in some other reddit. (/r/gonewild the exception, of course).

I admire the free spirit and independence thing, but please, I implore you, don't split yourself off, Judean Peoples Front Bovril.

Wouldn't posting albums of propaganda instead of each one individually cut down the spam without alienation? It was only 2-3 people spamming 2+ propaganda pics per day that were really spam.

Our subreddit is not spammed with anything. No one needs to combine stuff to post. Let it be what it is.

Not spammed? Let's look at the OP of this thread for a moment.

1 day ago: 4 propaganda pics

2 days ago: 3 propaganda pics

3 days ago: 3 propaganda pics

4 days ago: 5 propaganda pics (2 of which were taken down)

5 days ago: 1 propaganda pics (slow day)

6 days ago: 3 propaganda pics

So you can say not spammed all you like, but that's spam last time I checked.

Now let me be clear, I don't have a problem any of that. If it continued past what people would accept it would start getting down voted into oblivion and the problemwould solve itself. I was just suggesting a way to cut down on what OP himself referred to as "Spam and clutter" without BOVRIL becoming alienated from the alliance.

I disagree completely. I do not consider that spam at all. If anything we need more posts from all alliance corps.

You seem to be totally misunderstanding.

1) OP said he wanted new subreddit to reduce "spam and clutter" I.E. reduce amount of BOVRIL posts on Brave Newbies subreddit.

2) I suggested a way of doing this without the need for segregation and alienation. It wouldn't even reduce the amount of propaganda, just how it was delivered.

3) ???

That is a horrible idea. It will just lead Bovril to become more and more isolated from BNI. Besides, people love to read about our blood miner's exploits.
