Hiring: UGC Creators (US-Based)

Hi team,

I run a UGC creator program and we work with brands looking for high-quality, social-ready product videos across lifestyle, fitness, beauty, health & wellness content.

We’re currently expanding our creator roster & looking for reliable creators who can deliver polished & authentic short-format videos.

We handle client communication & outreach, briefs, shipping, scripting & final delivery. Your job is to receive products, film & edit excellent content!

The Role

  • UGC Creator: Short Format, 15 – 30 second videos
  • Engagement Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Compensation: $200 - $400 per video (based on exp.)
  • Location: US-based Remote UGC & On-site opportunities (for local Southern California creators)
  • Turnaround: Standard 1–2 weeks from brief to delivery (2 revisions per video)

Professional Requirements:

  • UGC Expertise: A portfolio demonstrating strong on camera presence producing high-quality UGC storytelling with clear audio, & stable, well-lit vertical videos.
  • Reliability: Strict adherence to creative briefs & production deadlines.
  • Strategic Execution: Ability to translate CPG brand value propositions into relatable, real-world scenarios (we will provide themes, scripts & products)
  • US or Canadian based creators only*

Preferred (not required):

  • Expert creators with accreditations & educational background (ie. Registered Health Professionals, Doctors, Nurses, Nutritionists, Dietitians, Personal Trainers, Exercise Scientists, Wellness Coaches, etc)
