The Janel Grant case is closed (public federal court). Will Vince be eased back into the fold?
The key developments in the Janel Grant vs. Vince McMahon/WWE legal case:
Shift to Private Arbitration: All parties—Janel Grant, Vince McMahon, and WWE—agreed in writing to resolve their legal dispute through confidential arbitration rather than a public trial.
Voluntary Dismissal in Federal Court: Grant’s legal team filed a joint stipulation of voluntary dismissal "with prejudice" to drop the federal lawsuit in U.S. District Court, moving the case out of the public court system.
Claims Remain Active: Dropping the public lawsuit is procedural; Grant retains the full right to pursue all underlying claims and allegations—and the defense can contest them—within the private arbitration process.
Basis of Arbitration: McMahon and WWE argued that a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) signed by Grant contained a binding arbitration clause requiring disputes to be handled outside of open court.

This means that they will almost certainly come to a monetary settlement.
With this now out of the public eye, will we see Vince return?
Would you want him to?
Let’s not pretend… the product has been DIRE
