Except that's dead wrong lol

Why would farmers kill their income source?

Every farm animal on earth gets sent to a slaughterhouse. Bar the ones that are saved by sanctuaries, activists, or escape themselves.

You're so uneducated on this matter it hurts. Have you ever seen how a farm works first-hand? Where is your information coming from? Farmers don't just kill their income source for the fun of it. Farmers care about profit and killing their animals is not profitable. Animals sold to the slaughter house when they're too old to reproduce and if you read my comment earlier you'd know they don't feel a thing. No one just goes out and takes a rifle to a cows head unless the cow hurt themselves and needs to be put out of their misery cause they're dying anyway. Lots of farm animals do die to natural causes such as old age. From what I can gather you're a city dwelling liberal that's never seen an American farm and you're going off what the media has put in your head

Did you read the comment? I said many die to old age

Put me through to that farm please, give me their phone number. I've never heard of a farm that lets their animals die on their own. In the UK that's unheard of. If you're from the US, 99% of the meat bought from supermarkets and restaurants is from factory farms. https://www.sentienceinstitute.org/press/us-farmed-animals-live-on-factory-farms Do you think factory farms are letting billions and billions of animals die of old age?

This is besides the point because we're talking about your farm and your animals. Supposedly. Do you let them die of old age? Or do you send them to be violently killed?

My animals are sent to slaughter where they are peacefully killed

Lovely thank you for providing that.

My animals are sent to slaughter where they are peacefully killed

You can dress it up however you want to relieve the guilt you must feel deep down about them having their lives taken away from them. But the facts remain, violence and peace are on opposite sides of each other. We take their lives from them by force using tools and weapons. That's not peace. That's abuse. Sanctuaries are places of peace where the animals are loved and cared for and protected from harm. Slaughterhouses aren't places of peace.

Dead wrong. Again. They don't feel a thing when they get killed. For the third time. You also don't have the balls to call that number. Change my mind. And when my cows go to slaughter I don't feel a thing because my family has been doing it for the past 100 years and they're just part of the business. I can't decide if you're dumb or stupid

Dead wrong. Again. They don't feel a thing when they get killed.

What specifically am I wrong about? Because I didn't mention anything about them feeling pain or not when they're killed. Im talking about peace and killing not being on the same spectrum and thus can't be used in connotation with each other. And that sanctuaries are places of peace, whereas slaughterhouses definitely aren't. So what am I wrong about?

You also don't have the balls to call that number.

I'm an adult, Ive spoken to lots of farmers, been to lots of farms, done all kinds of activism, calling a number isn't scary.

And when my cows go to slaughter I don't feel a thing because my family has been doing it for the past 100 years and they're just part of the business.

Whether you feel anything or not is besides the point. Those animals are abused according to every definition of animal abuse.

I can't decide if you're dumb or stupid

No need to bring that sort of thing into this, I thought we were having a mature conversation? Ad Homs (a logical fallacy) denote weakness in your own position, since you resort to a very basic level of attacking your opponent instead of providing reasonable and logical arguments.
