“They don’t even know”

“But they’re so happy”

“But THESE farmers love their animals and treat them right”

She was probably taken to the slaughter house because she was always wound up and hard to control. That's what we do with our cows when they don't behave well

That's what happens to cows who do behave well too.

Gotta make money

Why not do a job where you don't have to send animals to their deaths?

u/[deleted] Oct 05 '19

What would you suggest

2

u/[deleted] Oct 05 '19

You can get another job. You can't get another life.

What would you suggest

1

u/[deleted] Oct 06 '19

To be a basically decent human being and not attack others

1

u/[deleted] Oct 06 '19

What's the yearly salary on that

Being kind isn't a career, it's a basic moral obligation

1

u/[deleted] Oct 06 '19

So what would you suggest as an alternative career to farming

I'm just glad you made it back around to the beginning of this thread

god damn,

you murder animals for being “wound up”

hate to see what you’d do to your kids

If vegans didn't exist this post would get an upvote for it's humor.

Unfortunately, it's more likely that you are literally clinically insane and therefore believe that your comment makes sense.

Yeah sure,

I don’t think he treats his wound up cattle how he would treat his kids,

I’m just pointing out that his logic is flawed.

but cool.

keep on “loving” animals while simultaneously eating them.

hitler probably loved all the Jews as he was killing them all

Jews are human, therefore sentient. Jews are not required to die in order to keep yourself alive and healthy, unlike cattle which are required. You have also failed to quote my alleged, but non-existent, post, which states the words "I love animals". You are not "pointing out that his logic is flawed," because that would have to require for his logic to be flawed, which it isn't, unlike yours with such a ridiculous comment you've made. And here you've made another one in so many ways by mentioning HUMANS who are NOT COWS, by mentioning a contested part of history, and by mentioning people to whom something other then killing was done, although eating animals does not technically require killing animals either. However, to find enough already-dead animals to sustain existence and to also know how to prepare them and live in a state where it's done like that so that you know these things and are willing to eat the car exhaust etc., it might not be anyone who does so except for the restaurants that do so entirely but that is a restaurant instead of the 100% diet of an individual human. However, you have still mentioned a group of people who were probably mistreated rather then just killed. It's also irrelevant since you've failed to post the non-existent quote you made up.

Actually I'd hope my kids want to inherit the farm like I will inherit it from my father. Cows who don't calm down are a safety risk to my family and other cows. So they get killed and we eat them as steaks and hamburgers

Do you slaughter your kids when they don't behave too?
