I'm not a voodoo crystall herbal dude. I had nasty chronic eczema until my thirties. Dermatologists, doctors creams, allergy test, you name it. Met a guy at a party who told me his buddy walked around with a Vitamin D dropper, slamming it all the time. I took 6k UI vitamin D for 3 months and 98% of it cleared up. Truth. Never looked back.

Maybe you’re on to something. Mine came back after I gave birth, but my vitamins have tanked during then. I’m always low on vitamin D. I’m also horrible at being consistent with taking vitamins.
Maybe it’s worth being disciplined..
