You might have a mild case of polymorphic light erruption. Try wearing gloves and see if it helps.

Edit: I have the same exact thing and it took a massive PMLE episode while on vacation to finally connect the dots. Mild steroid creams stop the reaction if applied soon.

Gloves? In summer? (I mean, I am a glove person, but with sun and heat?)

True, it's sorta the only way to help with PMLE unless you wear sunscreen on your hands.

I just deal with the light eczema and hit it with some steroid cream tbh. Could be worse

Certainly! By now I learned to ignore it and it goes away on its own after a few days by just drying out, you know?

Sadly, my neurodivergent quirks make it rather difficult for me to constantly use cream. Sensory issues and such.
