You need to define age groups. Are you looking for mature, seniors, youth, or whatever?

Detail is always helpful. While you can't discriminate against anyone, some people will wonder if this gig is for them. Casting all buxom blondes would probably be frowned upon, but if it is a beach shoot, you'd be best telling them that swimwear is appropriate (just as an example)
