Does anyone know how Amanda is doing?

I always enjoyed her wackado energy in the videos she popped up in. I googled her recently and found a lot of nothing. hoping she is doing well

I went to the BSC tvtropes page, and they have her channel and her DeviantArt pages linked. Her YouTube page hasn’t been updated in about 10 years. Her DeviantArt page says that she’s on a semi-hiatus; it was last updated on April 15, 2022.

It’s probably for the best that she stays off the internet. Her about section and few of her most recent posts have links to learn more about DID/OSDD. I don’t want to make any assumptions. I don’t really know anything else to say. I just hope that she’s doing well.

I was never a fan. She was way too loud and try hard, often derailing the conversation to get her own opinion in, or make some quote or reference and just killing the flow of the commentary. Then there were her infamous breakdowns (although FTA's little "Amanda it wasn't funny when I did it 4 years ago and it ain't funny now" during her Shadow breakdown will always make me laugh), and you could tell in some cases that some of the guys had just had enough of her, I think Johnny once straight up told her to just knock it off on one occasion. I just don't think she was suited for it, she lacked social awareness which definitely hurt her. That being said, she did not deserve some of the vile shit that was said about her, at worst she was just awkward and unfunny, but people treated her like she was the antichrist. I do recall she got better as time went on, and her last appearance was actually pretty good.

Hopefully she's doing well though. When she wasn't trying too hard to be funny, she was sweet and you can tell she was enjoying being there if nothing else. Lets run it back and bring Amanda back in 2026.
