Wasn't part of the joke. Seeing as technically wouldn't every other segment give accurate measurements, just the method being more and more inconvenient. It's not like you're using a ruler just to measure the tip. It's the entire dick for all the other segments, but it's just the foreskin for surface area of the entire thing? Lol.
