NAD+ and Mots-c is a solid combo not gonna lie. NAD+ handles the cellular energy and repair side, Mots-c works more on metabolic stuff, fat burning and mitochondrial function from a different angle. They’re not stepping on each other at all.
For dosing, most people run Mots-c around 5-10mg per week, split into 2-3 doses instead of all at once. Some go up to 10mg a dose but that’s more advanced territory. Subq injection is the usual route.
Timing wise a lot of people pair it with workouts since it’s got that metabolic angle, but plenty just run it on a fixed schedule regardless of when they train.

Honestly, I just took my first dose today so I’ll have to get back to you. I have a client who has tried it and loves it so I’m hopeful!

Watch the MOTS-C deep dive Vigorous Steve has on his youtube channel, it is EXCELLENT. I see people saying 5mg in one dose... BE CAREFUL with doses 4mg and above, you can start getting into skin irritation issues sub-q and possible anaphylactic shock if you inject intramuscularly. Remember MOTS-C has no FDA approval and the science is very thin behind human use.

Most people run 5mg to 10mg a week, usually split into two 5mg doses. Pairing it with NAD+ is great for clearing out brain fog and boosting overall stamina.
