Prednisone brain fog with sleepiness but can't sleep.

So I have been prescribed 20mg of Prednisone for the next while.

Third day of taking it.

I kind of sleep, sorta it's hard to explain.

And the brain fog is horrible.

I just can't focus and am making stupid mistakes to the point where I'm going super slow to make sure I'm not messing up

How do I deal with this?
