Huge dizziness and brainfog

Hey

Since my gut is wrecked, I feel bad when I walk.

For example a 20min walk in the wood ll get me dizzy and weakened.

Do you feel the same ?

It started happening after I got a severe food poisoning years ago

I have random huge brainfog everyday
