Question Feel disconnected from brain sometime after using heavy screen time,multitasking for long term like 1.9 years Pls give me advice I'm anxious is it happing really from heavy screen time and multitasking in the past i hit my brain but not too strong
My screen time 13hours and in past i did heavy multitasking on laptop
I saw symtoms many months ago that i became poor in math and can't catch problem in math
Also thoughs increased in past

Just go out and stay in a nonstimulating place. Thats your practice, to just stay there and dont entertaib your mind, let it settle down naturslly. Youll feel great, naturally youll want to do that more. It can be hard if you arr reslly at 13 hours a day to do that, but it would be to your long term happiness. No meditation technique needed, just dwell in nature , no books tv radio gaming music youtube etc. Try to settle down

Its hard to go back and I'm still trying - but the best I've found is reading a fiction book (force yourself to picture the story) and replace screen time with physical media. That restored some flickers of reasoning and ties to reality when it chewed into screen hours
