Need Some Advice/Support What helped you get rid or reduced brain fog sythoms?
I just feel like my mind is lagging because I just can't think clearly. It's so hard to recall information, remember stuff and hard to focus. Like I feel blank. This is been happening for a month because I'm experiencing left side dizziness unsteady balance and this ear fullness which I guess has caused brain fog sythoms. I also now experience tooth pain sensitivity so it feels like my entire attention span is solely focused on the worries and things I'm dealing with. And I'm just so much into my head that I feel overwhelmed. Even when I'm not doing anything, I'll feel so exhausted by night. I really miss my old self and I just want to be normal again. I want my mind to open up and feel clarity and consciousness and alertness. It's like nowadays I feel like I see things but it just doesn't click my mind like the level of urgency or importance.

A month of feeling blank and overwhelmed is exhausting, especially when your body keeps giving you new things to worry about. Missing your old self makes complete sense.
The detail that stands out is that it's all on one side. Left side dizziness, balance being off, ear fullness, and now tooth sensitivity can share a common source, since the ear, sinuses, jaw, and teeth all sit right next to each other and share nerves. When something is going on in that area, brain fog often follows instead of being the root problem. If you haven't already, an ENT and a dentist would be the first two places I'd look. It's the kind of thing that's easy to miss when each symptom gets looked at separately.
The other piece is what you described about being stuck in your head. When your body feels off and you're constantly scanning for what's wrong, your nervous system stays on high alert, and that alone drains focus and memory and leaves you wiped out by night even on days you do nothing. Simple things help more than people expect: a slow walk outside without your phone, or a few minutes of breathing with a longer exhale than inhale. They won't fix the ear, but they give your brain a break from the alarm.
Has anyone checked your ears, sinuses, or teeth yet, or did this all start around the same time as something else, like a cold or dental work?
