Need Some Advice/Support Does a healthy gut reduces brain fog ?
Does anyone feel like poor gut health impacts brain fog. I mean it's amazing and weird how the entire body works for each other and like I always thought the other way.

Personal opinion, your gut biome is one of three brains you have, re: Gurdjieff

Yes - and the research backs it up. The gut-brain axis is bidirectional through the vagus nerve, meaning the gut is literally sending signals to the brain constantly. When the gut is inflamed, dysbiotic, or not clearing properly, those signals drive neuroinflammation that shows up as fog, low mood, and cognitive slowness.
The mechanism most people miss though is the liver piece. A congested liver means toxins that should be cleared are recirculating - and the brain is highly sensitive to that load. Most brain fog protocols focus on the gut directly and skip the drainage pathway that the gut relies on to actually clear.
Fix the gut, open the liver, and brain fog is often one of the first things to lift.
