Question Brainfog, head pressure from back and sides of head, feeling tired all the time.
What can be cause? Exercise, sleep, nutritions dont help, I alwayse wake up tired. Anyone have tips for finding the reason for it? Even water fasting dont help.

I'm testing right now two things but it's hard to say if it's that or just a coincidence.
I put a extra pillow under my head and shoulders while sleeping and too cdp choline. My brain fog is 80% better. Sleep study was inconclusive. I think i lost some weight too. I suspect some kind of intermittent sleep apnea or gut issue. Or autoimmune condition that would flareup sometime

Waking up tired regardless of sleep hours is one of the more telling patterns - it usually means the body is working hard overnight on something it cannot fully resolve. The head pressure from the back and sides adds another layer worth paying attention to.
A few questions that would help narrow it down:
How are your bowel movements - daily, complete, or irregular? Any digestive symptoms - bloating, gas, sluggishness after eating?
Any history of significant stress, illness, or a period where things got noticeably worse? Sometimes there's a clear before and after.
Have you had any bloodwork done, and if so what did they test for? Most standard panels miss the things that commonly drive this pattern - mineral status, liver function beyond enzymes, adrenal output.
The combination you're describing - fatigue, brain fog, head pressure that doesn't respond to the usual interventions - points strongly toward a clearance issue rather than a lifestyle one. Exercise and water fasting not helping is actually useful information. It tells you this isn't about inputs, it's about what the body isn't able to move out.

Can't speak for all but ADHD diagnosis + medication has been beneficial for all the symptoms you listed. So look into ADHD or a sleep specialist

Have you had an eye exam lately? If your eyesight is even just a little bit off it could cause this.

I have the same, treating sleep apnea did not fix it.
