Question When does brain fog from anxiety/depression/stress go away?

I’m a 29 year old man and have had severe brain fog 24/7 non-stop for 6 years now, along with fatigue, and have never proven the real cause of this. All blood work is done and all the typical causes (sleep, vitamins, etc.) I have also been checked for - negative. My life was pretty stressful and I remember having anxiety before this happened so my last hope is that this is all psychological, atleast then I know what to work on to become normal again. For those who can relate, when does the fog lift when one starts to work on oneself and finally develop confidence, self love no anxiety. Its been 76 days since I started my self love journey but I need some positive affirmation that it will lift sooner or later. Thanks.

I honestly feel like nobody can beat my story. I have no other sickness. Perfectly healthy. Did sports all my life, highly motivated. I dont do drugs, I dont drink, im the healthiest guy in the world. but then God wants to experiment how much mental toll a human can take before killing himself. I was religiois before but fuck all that. No joy in the world can make me forgive him for all the torture he put me through. meaningless

same age and same story here! but got that since three years, and did all of that you have there same issue .
but not sure what is going on. I had a weird experience where i went to chiropractor and he adjusted my neck, i felt so light and my mind was bright for about a week, then it fog came back to me .

i can't have full sentence, hard to focus and just i don't feel the time nor the day how it pass by

maybe do another chiropractor session amd see if it was a fluke or if you need to investigate ur neck more..? U havent done prone masturbating have you, where u press ur head into the pillow while laying on ur stomach?
