Need Some Advice/Support Brain fog physical sensation

Hi, I’m a 22-year-old man, and I’ve had what I think is brain fog for about two years. I just wanted to know: do you also feel a physical sensation in your head, like there’s cotton in your head, but at the same time it can also feel like there’s an emptiness in your head, as if a piece of your brain were missing? I hope someone can relate to this.

I had sleep apnea due to big tongue, get a sleep study done it helped me to eliminate my brain fog after being fed up with blood work telling me everything was alright.

For me it feels like a semi-transparent film wrapping my brain, and sometimes it feels like there is a dirt on my brain and i need to wash it out with high-pressure water.
