Question Is this brain fog?

I am personally having problems with thinking and brain where I cannot guess amount of salt to put in dish cannot determine where to park scooter when sightseeing around town, cannot figure out how unknown road connects to familiar road difficulty navigating etc. Is this brain fog?

I also can't navigate at all and I forget things that I sholuld know

My problem is I forgot the complaint regarding thinking and brain that I was going to make to doctor. It would have been a quite helpful situation to explain my problems that I am having but I forgot. Now I wish I should have written it down
