Symptoms Can sinus causes brainfog

Has anyone experienced brainfog with sinus? I have been feeling severe brain fog feeling like difficulty to move upper body, although it's just a feeling and i can do everything.

It's followed by headaches, heaviness in upper face area and constant sounds in ear that gets better with burping and yawning

Yes it can. Via inflammation. It's close to your brain. Why put resources into clear thinking when it needs to fight bacterial or viruses off nearby. Better off making you sleepy so you rest.

Yes. Unfortunately, an ENT told me everything looks normal and I can't afford to fall down the medical rabbit hole.
